Denise Minor is President of MindSpring Metro DC. In this position, she provides customized learning and training programs based on each client's needs and interests.

Before joining MindSpring Metro DC, Denise spent over 28 years in public service as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). As a certified FBI instructor, she worked as a facilitator/instructor for the FBI's leadership development program team - the overarching goal of which was to improve and shift the management culture in the FBI to one of leadership. She leverages this top-tier training to add value to every client engagement at MindSpring Metro DC.
As a Special Agent with the FBI, Denise investigated violent crime, white collar crime, public corruption, counterterrorism and foreign and counterintelligence cases. She was a squad supervisor in the New York City FBI office where she led a squad of twelve agents. In her time working overseas with the FBI, Denise developed and ran the Bureau's Legal Attaché office in Rabat, Morocco.
Denise holds a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Colorado College. She is a licensed attorney. Denise is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC). Denise is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Leadership Program.
